Multi-Lock Steel Test Plugs - Single Seal

 Easy to use, cost effective Test Plug for Air and Water Testing of sanitary pipes and sewers. Also suitable for Temporary Sealing of Pipes. Supplied with a Single Outlet - 50mm diameter.

Available from 425mm up to 3,000mm. Larger on request.

Please always advise the actual internal diameter of the pipe to be tested.

Main construction is mild steel, painted with aluminium paint to prohibit rusting. Back Pressure Plate is welded to the Outlet to give a gas tight seal.
Rubber Seals are commercial grade rubber extrusion. Chemical resistant Rubber Seals can be supplied.

Plugs 600mm and over are fitted with Lifting Handles for ease of location in the Pipe.

Gate Valves, Pressure Guages can now be supplied together with Hose Connections for quick filling.

Double and Triple Seal Plugs are available for greater stability in the Pipe.

Appropriate bracing or support will substantially increase the ability of the Plug to hold back higher pressures.
